EaglePrint: Easy, Convenient Student Printing

Need to print? EaglePrint has you covered! With kiosks located across campus—plus printers in the open computer labs—you can quickly grab class notes, assignments, or anything else you need, straight from your laptop, phone, or a campus computer. Every student gets a free print allowance each semester, so you’re ready to go from day one. This page explains how it works so you can spend less time figuring it out and more time focusing on your studies.

EaglePrint Guidelines

Free Prints Every Semester – You’ll get 200 free sheets twice a year: once at the start of the Spring semester (covers Spring + Summer) and once at the start of the Fall semester (covers Fall + Winter).

Print from Your Device – Want to print from your laptop or phone? Just connect to CSU-Wireless and use the Mobility Print app to send your jobs.

Know Your Balance – After every print job, a quick pop-up will show how many free sheets you have left. Once you’ve used your 200, the system keeps counting—this time in negative numbers.

Extra Prints = Small Charge – Any sheets beyond your free 200 cost 10¢ each. These will show up as a print charge on your next semester bill.

Protect Your Account – You are responsible for all print jobs under your username. If you’re using a computer in a lab, always log off when you’re done so no one else can use your account to print.

Know Before You Go – Before you leave for the end of the semester, check EagleLINKS to see if you have any print charges.

Track Your Printing

Coppin uses the PaperCut print management system to make printing easy and fair for every student. PaperCut keeps track of your free print allotment each semester and shows you exactly where you stand.

When your free allotment runs out, any extra prints go into negative balance and show as a charge—10¢ per sheet on your next semester bill.

Track Using Campus Computers

You’ll see your print balance right on the main screen of any campus computer (upper-right corner).

A green PaperCut icon also appears in the task bar—click it anytime to view your detailed print history and current balance. This makes it simple to know how many free pages you have left before you run into extra charges.

Track Using Personal Device

From your personal devices, you can visit printing.coppin.edu, login with CSU credentials and check your balance, see print history and more (requires connection to CSU-Wireless).

You can also track your printing and print from your personal devices after you install PaperCut’s Mobility Print App, instructions below (requires connection to CSU-Wireless).
