Biography

Dr. Abeling-Judge joined the Department of Criminal Justice as an Associate Professor in 2025. He brought several years of faculty experience, having taught and led undergraduate and graduate programs previously, and has published many peer-reviewed manuscripts in behavioral science journals. His expertise includes juvenile delinquency, desistance from crime, education and deviance, policing, victimization, and developmental and life-course criminology.
